Sorry I haven’t been blogging, due to the fires things have been a bit hectic around here. But I’m back now

I’m home.

I’m alive.

I’m healthy.

All these fires have really made me appreciate all the many blessings I have. I’m back home and the Lord kept our office, and house’s safe, which is a total miracle as one of them was about two streets away from one of the fires.  So yeah , Life is great and God is good.

Thanks everyone for all your prayers for us, please continue to keep all those who lost their homes in your prayers as well.

I’m not so good at this whole word thing, (you were always so much better at that then me) But you’re leaving and I want you to know how much you’ll be missed. You’ve pretty much been a staple in my life since I was 14, course I didn’t always like you, heh…but I really do consider you a sister in every way. I couldn’t ask for a cooler little sister then you. I wish I would have spent more time with you, and taken advantage of the time you were here, but the past is the past. Anyway I love you Fruity, you will always be my little sister and whatever you choose to do with your life, please know I support you one hundred percent, and if you ever need me for ANYTHING I will be there so fast your head will spin. Kay this is getting sappy so I’ll end now( I know how much you hate sappiness.) Please stay in touch, I want to know how you’re doing, none of this disappearing off the face of the earth and forgetting who your real friends are, amen?

A couple months ago I filled out this little survey thing online for Covergirl’s new makeup collection and I uploaded a photo. It was for Queen Latifah’s new “Queen” Collection makeup line for darker skin tones. Anyway, they made you fill out some silly questions like, What makes you a queen etc…heh….But to make a long story short they picked me for one of the girls to be in the ad this ad will be the insert in Queen Latifah’s new Album that came out last month I guess.

And I get some free makeup, so I’m happy Keep in mind they tweaked what I wrote a bit, still I think it’s a pretty good witness. Thanks Linda for taking that pic of me.
