Core Workouts

I’ve been trying some new workouts to help strengthen my core. One that I’ve been doing is called Cylo-core. It’s made for professional cyclist to use in their off seasons to stay fit. To make a long story short, it’s HARD. I mean really hard I’ve yet to make it through the whole DVD, and the last time that I did most of it I couldn’t walk upstairs for 3 days. Anyway if your into hardcore workouts (like me) that work your core, quads, butt, and pretty much everything I suggest trying this workout. I wouldn’t suggest doing the whole thing all the way through if your not in good shape already, but you could work up to it. It also has a really really nice stretch at the end that I do after I run, even if I don’t do the whole workout.
